Issue Is Not Science Vs Religion Anymore

In an article found on the site TheKansan.com they talk about scientists who argue that there is more than one theory to origins of the universe.

It mentions that there is an ad put out by well known scientists who say there are other view points out there. These are scientists that cannot be titled "religious nuts".

They included professors from Yale Graduate School, MIT, Tulane, Rice, Lehigh and at least 15 state universities' science departments as well as scientists from the National Museum of Natural History at the Smithsonian, Los Alamos and Lawrence Livermore Laboratories. They included Nobel-prize nominees and directors of major laboratories.
One short paragraph worth quoting is:
The debate is therefore not really about "science" vs. "religion." No, it has become more about whether only one theory can be taught, not because the data points to that theory, but rather for political reasons: we can't hint at "religion" in our public schools. Such a debate is no longer about science, it is about whether or not the implications of scientific findings are palatable to those with the loudest voice, and therefore has parted ways with science that "advances with discovery."

One Sided Science Push Still Going On

The push to keep out opposing theories in the public classroom continues. What are the evolutionists afraid of? If their evidence is so solid it would hold up in a court of law. So why not lot the other theories in...prove them wrong and off you go teaching "evolutionary truth" by itself again?

The answer is simple...they have no proof. The evolutionists are the character of the King in the Emporers New Clothes. Through poor logic, bad debate (if at all) and speaking from "authority" not scientific evidence, the evolutionists spit out their montras.

It is a desire to change society into an anti-God, anti-Christian community. The easiest way to do that is to go after the next generation with the ACLU heading up the legal council.

One effort to show that evolution is NOT the only theory out there comes from Arkansas. The Beebe, Arkansas school district has been forced to remove warning labels from the science textbooks. The labels warned and announced that evolution was a "controversial theory" and gave the possibility that an "intelligent designer" may have been involved.

Just what are the evolutionist and ACLU trying to hide. Could it be the fact that these textbooks are unbalanced and one sided. This is a flip from the ACLU during the so called "monkey trial" when they fought to have multiple theories in the classroom since theirs was not allowed at that time.

In the end the evolutionist, ACLU, humanist and athiest all strive for a society where their conscience is not moved and they would have no God to answer to. The sad thing is judgement day is coming and the Creator will have the last word just as He had the first word in saying..."Let there be light."
